Through Chemdoc, you can access critical information on your chemicals on site by using the Reports Feature. Reports are available in easy to read and downloadable excel format. Different report types are available to help suit your requirements Product Classification Reports Using the suite of product classification reports you can list products based on: • A single classification (flammable, corrosive, etc) • A specific risk (Pregnancy Hazard etc) • A number of classification criteria (eg. CMR report to show all Carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic hazards) Substances Run reports on the substances contained in the products in your inventory • List all individual substances by CAS Number • Compare substances in your inventory against regulatory lists • Filter reports according to substance classification Transport Run reports based on Transport information listed on the SDSs in your inventory • List all products with transport classification including UN Number, Class and Packing group List all products that are classified as hazardous for transport with UN Number, Class, Packing Group and Limited Quanties (LQ) values.

As 2017 comes to a close we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for choosing Chemdoc for your chemical safety needs. It's been a busy year in Chemdoc. We have been busy improving our existing service and features as well as developing and launching some new ones including: The Chemdoc Android App. The APP provides offline access to chemical safety information in real time while you are away from your desk. Multi-lingual Chemical labels – Print labels in various languages, regardless of the language of the source SDS. A host of new features in our Chemical Risk Assessments module including two part sign offs and customisable risk matrices. However, the work won’t stop there. Watch out in 2018 for the following new features in Chemdoc: IOS App. Chemical Introduction Module. Chemical Risk Assessment Sign off Module. Chemdoc App Launch

Hello All Chemdoc Users, The new Chemdoc App, will be launched in the coming weeks. The app is compatible only on ANDROID devices running from API version of 19 (Android 4.4 (KITKAT)) to the latest version of android. The app can be downloaded for all the devices including smart phones and Tablets. The App allows you to view your SDSs and Risk Assessments while on the move. Site Maintenace

Hello All Chemdoc Users, We at Chemdoc are continuing to work to ensure maximum system performance, as a result the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday 25/03/2017 2:30 PM and 03:00 AM and users may experience minor disruption during this period. In addition to this date we are also carrying out scheduled maintenance on 03/04/2017 from 10:30 PM until approximately 6:00 AM. Site Inventory Service

Does your Chemdoc Inventory accurately reflect the products on your site ? Does it include all new products introduced in 2016 ? Have all retired products been removed ? Do you know the quantities of flammable or other hazardous products you have on site ? If you answered No to any of the above questions, the Chemdoc team can help you? We offer our existing customers an on-site chemical inventory review. We will take a detailed inventory (including quantities) of all chemical products stored in all areas of your site. Inventory results are uploaded directly to Chemdoc. The review is charged at a daily rate so you only pay for the time spent on site. If you are interested in the inventory review, please contact a member of the Chemdoc team.

Chemdoc Upgrade

Hello All Chemdoc Users, The website upgrade will take place this weekend. The upgrade will allow user to: View the products that you have requested to be added to Chemdoc. View products that you have deleted/removed from your inventory. View products that you have added and we require further information on in order to source the SDS. Allows the user to delete their own products from their department lists. The new version of the site will allow users who have administration access to complete the following: Create/Edit new departments through the administration panel. Create/Edit new users through the administration panel. Assign department roles to users through the administration panel. Chemdoc Upgrade

We at Chemdoc have been working on developing new Chemdoc features to give the user more control over their products. On the weekend of the 19th November we will introducing a new version of Chemdoc with new features including the following: • Product requests - View the products that you have requested to be added to Chemdoc. • Deleted products – View products that you have deleted/removed from your inventory. • Feedback products – Products that you have added and we require further information to source the SDS. • Manage products - Allows the user to delete their own products from their department lists. The new version of the site will allow users who have administration access to complete the following: • Create/Edit new departments through the administration panel. • Create/Edit new users through the administration panel. • Assign department roles to users through the administration panel. Administration access will allow power user greater control of their product inventories. Administration access can be given to existing or new users of the site. We will send you further correspondence and reminders closer to the date.
